What is God’s role in salvation?  



God is the author and finisher of our faith, sovereignly electing, calling, and giving spiritual life to those whom He chooses.

- “even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him.”  (Ephesians 1:4)

- (John 6:44a) No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him.
